Description

We are grateful that Joanna Karu, advisor to the Department for Children and Families at the Republic of Estonia Ministry of Social Affairs, invited us to participate in a seminar - "The comeback of basic values of child protection: family-centered child protection" and asked us to share our own experiences with child protection professionals in a panel discussion.  Participants in the panel discussion included Eileen Munro (Professor of Social Policy at the London School of Economics), Signe Risalo (Minister of Social Protection), Raimo Saadi (Head of Tallinn Social and Health Care Department), Eliise Tiidussalu (Coordinator of Cooperation of the Child Protection Association) and Karin Rosenberg. The debate was moderated by Anna Karolin.
