History Through Art: A Randolph College Podcast

This is History Through Art: A Randolph College Podcast. I am Dr. Justina Licata, and I am a historian and professor at Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia. This is a student-created public history project made by the students in my Spring 2021 African Americans and the Construction of America course. Each student chose one piece of African American created art to inspire their podcast episode. Consequently, in the following episodes, you will learn about several unique artworks currently on display at the Maier Museum of Art.
