If you’ve been listening to the podcast lately, you’ll know I’ve been pretty open about coming out the other side of burnout and trying to build better habits into my work weeks so I don’t end up back there again. One of the things I’m really trying to stick to is actually reflecting on my week instead of just pushing through to the next one. So in this episode, I’m basically talking through my Friday reflection using my Pause & Ponder Pad ! The highs, the tricky bits, what made me smile, where my energy and self-care sat this week and what I need heading into the weekend. My hope is that by sharing mine out loud it might encourage you to pause and think about your own week too.
