For episode 95 we decided that we would make a queer pride wheel in honour of pride month. The fates have spoken and we will be covering the 1936 classic, Dracula's Daughter, one of the first films in horror cinema history (or any cinema history for that matter) that is truly considered to be queer coded. We touch on the Hays Code and the ways homosexuality was portrayed and the ways they could get around the strict "morals" in depression era Hollywood. We fall head over heels for Marya and her hypnotic eyes and throw shade on yet another SHITTY "hero" from the 30's. Nellie shares her queer theories whilst Anthony brings his Fuck Yeah Film Factoids before they both reveal whether they found Dracula's Daughter... Spooky or Dookie?

HRP REVIEW: SCARY MOVIE (2026)

Argh shit son!!! It's another spoiler free bonus episode and this time we're talking about the eagerly anticipated 6th installment of the franchise, Scary Movie. After Anthony confesses his initial skepticism based on love and nostalgia, we get into the enjoyment we both experienced whilst watching, Scary Movie 6. Is it going to change the world? No, probably not! Will it win awards? Of course it won't! But, it did it give us a giggle at some dumb stoner jokes and point fun at our favourite horrors (and least favourite) of the last few years.
