Joe spent over 30 years in New York City market working with the Grand Hyatt, was the Opening Executive Director of Catering at the NY Marriott Marquis, one of Marriott's flagship properties as well as the Cipriani properties. Joe is currently a Managing Partner with Cayuga Hospitality Consultants.
