We've all dealt with irate/difficult customers at least once in our lives. This first episode highlights the experience of being insulted while at work. A customer visits a rental car branch only to find out there are no rentals. Ms. Maggie who's been working for a rental car company called Shuttle and Shuttle Car Service for years has a run-in with a customer who insults her and things don't exactly end well.
