Indigenous Chicago and an Elder In Residence program at Carleton

A conversation with Meredith McCoy (History and American Studies) about her work with and for native communities. Some notes: in describing work she and her students did with the Newberry Library, Meredith said that nobody had previously had access to a certain priest's archival material; we should say that very few had. Carleton's Elder in Residence program has advanced since we recorded the conversation Ida Downwind joined us last term. We've also welcomed to campus our Indigenous Communities Liaison.
