We all experience moments in life where we may have made mistakes, hurt others, or made choices that we regret. These experiences can leave us feeling burdened, ashamed, and stuck in a cycle of self-blame and self-punishment. But here's the thing: just as God extends forgiveness to us, it's crucial that we learn to forgive ourselves. Holding onto past faults and dwelling in self-condemnation only hinders our growth and prevents us from embracing the present and future with open hearts. In this mini podcast episode, we dive into the reasons why self-forgiveness is essential for personal healing and self-growth. We believe that by forgiving ourselves, we can create space for personal transformation, healing, and ultimately, a more fulfilling and joyful life.

God will take what you went through and develop you throughout that process so that you can now help direct someone in that same area that you struggled with.  Keep pushing. Don't give up. Did you know that 95 percent of our brains activity is unconscious, meaning that the majority of the decisions we make, the actions we take, our emotions and behaviors are based on thoughts and learned behaviors that we are not aware of?! (Marra, 2021) What does this mean? This ultimately means that the things that we do on a day-to-day basis are governed by our thought patterns and our mind.  Our thought patterns can help drive us to success or push us towards failure.  Wouldn't you like to have awareness and control over your thoughts?! Your thoughts affect your reality. It is critical that we learn to control our thoughts and be the person that God has created us to be! Living Sacrifice | Let Go of Your Fleshly Desires

Temptation is strong and our fleshy desires are always present in our lives. When it comes down to the wire, are you allowing your flesh to win or are you fighting back and letting your spirit take over? I discuss how sex was a stronghold in my life and how I made the choice to become abstinent. The journey hasn't always been easy, but I had to make a decision to let go of what my flesh wanted and to offer my body as a living sacrifice unto God. What currently has a hold on you? What are you looking to do this year that just seems "too challenging"? I AM walking in God’s vision for my life! I AM healthy! I AM wealthy! I AM a good steward with my finances! I AM creative! I AM the focus of God’s attention! I AM salt! I AM light! I AM chosen! I AM royal! I AM loyal! I AM peculiar! I AM fearfully and wonderfully made! I AM DRIVEN! I will go after what you have called me to! I AM SUCCESSFUL! Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. Outside wells (people or things) are NOT able to adequately satisfy the thirst of my soul. GOD IS my thirst quencher. GOD IS my savior. GOD IS the forgiver of my sin. GOD IS the leader of my life. I’m NOT perfect but I AM ENOUGH! I’m God’s and HE IS MINE! He is in me but I’m also in him. God knew me before I was in my mother’s womb. God put EVERYTHING in me that needed to be in me for me to do what he built me for. There is something in me that I haven’t discovered yet. That is beyond what I could ever ask for or think. I will no longer doubt myself because I’m already in the line of my miracle. I’m already where God has told me to be. God makes ALL things work for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. There is NOTHING in my room (wherever God places me), no obstacles, or no inadequacies that God is not going to use to work together for my good. So, I’m celebrating even when it looks like I’m losing because I recognize that my miracle is already in the room because I recognize that God has sent me.
