About IHI Presents: Pathways through the Professoriate

The mid-career scholars’ program at UT - IHI (The Humanities Institute) focuses on guiding scholars through the promotion process. Senior faculty mentors support mid-career scholars by sharing insights and strategies from their own experiences. The program emphasizes UT’s pathways to promotion and encourages the creation of “promotion buddies” to foster mutual support and collaboration.
