About Immediate Panic!

Do you have anxiety? Do you find your blood pressure increasing during an imaginary hypothetical argument happening inside your head? Are you someone who stresses over something embarrassing you did when you were 8 years old? Do these things also amuse you? Then you might be mentally-ill and you, my cookoo off-your-rocker friend, are in the right place! Coincidentally, we are three mentally ill hosts of the podcast Immediate Panic, and our Lexapro prescription has expired! We are Chris, Jess, and Amy and we find humor in the human experiences that are unnecessarily stressful.
