Longevity, Reinvention & Redefining Aging with Dr. Khanh Nguyen

In this deeply moving episode of In Heels with Keni Silva, Keni Silva sits down with regenerative medicine physician and longevity expert Dr. Khanh Nguyen for a powerful conversation about survival, resilience, healing, reinvention, and what it truly means to rebuild a life against impossible odds. At just 13 years old, Dr. Khanh escaped Vietnam by boat with her 15-year-old sister in search of freedom and hope for a better future. For seven days, they sailed with little food or water after the boat’s engine broke down before eventually reaching Malaysia and living in a refugee camp. With nothing but determination and the dream of one day becoming a doctor in the United States, Dr. Khanh began a journey that would completely transform her life. For over 30 years, she rarely spoke publicly about that experience. After arriving in America unable to speak English, Dr. Khanh went on to become a critical care physician, dedicating her life to helping others survive. But after years working in internal and critical care medicine, she experienced severe burnout and developed an autoimmune condition that forced her to reevaluate both her health and the traditional medical system. That turning point ultimately led her into regenerative and longevity medicine, where she now helps patients focus not just on surviving — but truly thriving. Through her practice, Austin Regenerative Therapy, Dr. Khanh combines advanced therapies including peptide therapy, hormone optimization, plasma exchange, and regenerative treatments with foundational wellness practices centered around sleep, stress management, nutrition, muscle health, and emotional well-being. In this conversation, Dr. Khanh opens up about overcoming fear, healing after burnout, redefining aging, and why longevity is deeply connected to mindset, emotional health, and learning to prioritize yourself without guilt. This episode explores resilience, immigration, reinvention, burnout recovery, women’s health, longevity, healing, and the belief that transformation is possible at every stage of life. ⭐ Loved This Episode? After entering foster care at just three years old, Courtney spent a decade moving through more than 30 homes, orphanages, and unstable environments, separated from siblings and searching for a sense of belonging. Rebuilding After Rock Bottom: Addiction, Identity & Reinvention with Shelton Wilder

In this episode of In Heels with Keni Silva, Keni sits down with luxury real estate powerhouse and CEO of The Shelton Wilder Group, Shelton Wilder, whose career has surpassed $850 million in sales across some of Los Angeles’ most competitive markets. But this conversation goes far beyond business success. Shelton shares the deeply personal story behind the polished exterior — a journey through addiction, financial collapse, and the difficult process of rebuilding her identity from the ground up. More than 12 years sober, she opens up about what it means to lose everything, confront yourself honestly, and create a life rooted in purpose rather than image. Together, Keni and Shelton explore resilience, leadership, recovery, self-worth, and the pressure women face to appear strong while navigating private struggles. Shelton also shares how she built a women-led culture within her business and why community, accountability, and emotional honesty became the foundation of both her personal life and professional success. This episode is about reinvention — not as a perfect comeback story, but as the messy, honest work of rebuilding a life, reclaiming identity, and creating success on your own terms. ⭐ Loved This Episode? What happens when your body starts breaking down—but no one can tell you why? In this episode of In Heels with Keni Silva, Keni sits down with Dr. Daniel Pompa to uncover a truth most people overlook: sometimes it’s not one diagnosis—it’s everything your body has been carrying. Together, they break down how everyday exposures—from the products in your home to the food you eat—quietly build up and impact your health. But here’s the shift: healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. This conversation brings it back to simplicity. Dr. Pompa shares how small, intentional changes—like cleaning up your environment, choosing better ingredients, and becoming aware of hidden toxins—can start transforming your health faster than you think. It’s not about doing everything at once. It’s about starting where you are—and realizing how much power you actually have. Because sometimes, the path to feeling better isn’t complicated… it’s just about finally seeing what’s been right in front of you. ⭐ Loved This Episode?
