A new era of leadership

Culture is built on the stories that shape and sustain 'how we do things around here' and leaders have a particular influence as story tellers inside our workplaces and our personal lives. But who and what is leadership for? Is leadership just another system of privilege and Is it time to rethink, restructure and revolutionze the organizational structures that keep us locked into an outdated system of decision-making and action taking?

Are we ready to thrive?

To be intense is to be in a state of great extremes, and to be in tension means to be stretched or strained physically or emotionally. Yet there's a big difference between these two extremes. We are living and working in intense times. Our world is still changing and uncertain. Where does healing fit into our journey towards thriving? What mindset and skills do we need in our tool-box to navigate between our professional and personal lives? How can we transform and gently, lovingly, stretch ourselves into new ways of being in the workplace while embracing the tension that inevitably comes with change?
