I'm Still Tired

This episode is personal. I’m sharing what it’s been like navigating broken sleep with my 15-month-old daughter and how that has affected me emotionally and physically. I talk about the resentment that can quietly build when you’re exhausted and why I’ve had to let go of keeping score. I also share the mindset shift I’ve experienced when it comes to friendships and work.
