Through conversations and evidence-based storytelling, we analyze real education paradoxes and reform lessons from leading systems including the USA, China, the EU, England, India, and Singapore – not to judge, but to genuinely understand the structural mechanisms that suppress children's innate genius potential, creativity and confidence, and to outline practical, realistic paths forward. We discuss education reforms, teacher development, learning science & neuroscience, and the responsible role of AI in education. This channel exists to build a serious global dialogue and to help educators, parents, school leaders, and policymakers create the conditions where every child can discover, unlock, and apply their innate genius for the benefit of society.
