Built on a philanthropic mission, the programs focus on teaching women business owners the “how to” of building sustainable businesses through proven foundational frameworks. Tina also serves on several nonprofit boards and is currently President of the Loudoun First Responders Foundation. Julia and Tina discuss the realities of entrepreneurship, balancing motherhood and business ownership, imposter syndrome, financial empowerment for women, and the importance of creating authentic communities where women can support one another personally and professionally.
