Ep.251 - Preparing For Service

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/1827437/fan_mail/new] As believers our lives now belong to God and we live to serve Him.  Or at least that's supposed to be what is happening.  And when we are living a life that is not real exciting  or eventful, are we taking the opportunity in that season to grow and prepare for what the Lord has next?  If you are in a slow season, then prepare for whatever the Lord has next.

Ep.250 - Rejection

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/1827437/fan_mail/new] Many people in scripture experienced rejection including Jesus Himself.  Rejection is a reality in life but for many it can be crippling and really divert their lives into a pit.  But there is hope for the one who is rejected.  In Christ we will suffer many things in this world but the promise of Jesus is that He has conquered the world and we, who are serious about Him, will inherit eternal life.  And when that day comes, we will be able to look at our life and marvel at what God did through our suffering.

Ep.249 - Obsolete?

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/1827437/fan_mail/new] If you have questioned your value in the Kingdom because you believe you don't have what it takes or you are too old and out of touch with many things, then realize that God's plan for your life doesn't depend upon your own understanding rather on His will.  And He will give you what you need to accomplish His purposes in your life.

Ep.248 - What Shall We Do?

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/1827437/fan_mail/new] One question a believer may ask when they are just starting out on their journey with Jesus is "what do I do with all this?"  We may have a preconceived idea that following Jesus is a very complicated ordeal and the devil will certainly exploit the idea to veer us off our path.  But really what Jesus' requirements are may surprise us.  It's not that complicated rather just doing what we know is right.  All the theological stuff is not the answer.  It's simply to abide in Him and do what is right.  That's where we start.  Then as we grow the deeper things will be revealed.
