HEYYYYY GUYSSSSSS!!! Todays episode was a quick little catch up on what I did this past week. I also talked about one of the top things I tell myself when I get stressed and why it helps. All things like balancing school, work, a social life, self-care, working on your future, etc. Then, I also talked about some other things that are totally normal and can also be helpful in times of feeling overwhelmed.
