We visit three restaurants pushing the boundaries of Korean fusion food: Kimski in Bridgeport doing Korean-Polish food, Hanbun in Westmont reverse-engineering traditional Korean food, and Parachute in Avondale bringing Korean flavors into a Michelin-starred fine dining menu.
