This podcast is about a woman’s life over 55 aka mine, who found out the man she was with for five years was married and he had an another lady who he has property with and not his wife!  so I moved back to my home town and focusing on me . I literally had a folding chair and an air mattress to my name .. I am over weight and trying to improve my health , my physical appearance and my state of mind. With God all things are possible! I have a YouTube channel and I just want to give the podcasts a try. Using just audio . Hope you tune in soon
