She built a career in retail from the ground up, eventually leading a team of 600 at Victoria's Secret in New York City. She navigated breast cancer. She became an executive coach and keynote speaker. And now she's launching On Your Next, a free coaching program helping women rebuild their identity and confidence after cancer treatment ends. She is also my former coach. And my life is genuinely better for it.
