Love that didn’t hesitate, even when we weren’t ready to receive it. Words do not prove God’s love — it’s proven by the cross. He demonstrated it. Openly. Publicly. Eternally. And He did it while we were still sinners — not after we believed, repented, or got it right. This kind of love rewrites the story. It tells us we are wanted, valued, and pursued — even in our brokenness. It becomes the standard, the model, and the challenge: To love not just when it’s easy or earned, but when it reflects the heart of God.
