Description

I'd been digging the way I could listen to audiobooks via my local library when I stumbled on this book, and it changed so much. I've since listened to it multiple times and each time I hear new information. It’s titled Goodbye Things: The New Japanese Minimalism and it's by a man named Fumio Sasaki. The book triggered a journey for me where I am challenging my limiting beliefs on possessions and space. I've not overcome my materialism but I'm so much more aware of it.    The issue is that awareness is painful and it's hard to pause one's own growth in an area in that spot that precedes an actual overhaul. I can't just hang out in the awareness.
