Finding your hype!

Being introspective and learning what you do with your own physiology and neurology to complete lifts is THE biggest player in finding your optimal level of arousal. Some will recognise the influx of hormones as anxiety, others excitement.  last note...  Don't fuck with your neurology unless you know how to manage it!

Ep2 - Insecurities

Ok i'll probably do another podcast about insecurities and body image because I have strong beliefs on these subjects. But this one was absolute verbal diarrhoea about just everything.    Skip to the end for it to end
