"Church Hopping," the serial practice of joining one church, staying for a little while and then joining another, has taken on a new form. There is a trend of churchgoers who join a church and shortly disappear for months (even years) until a crisis. Others, are consistent attenders of one type of programming, say worship, but attend other churches for different programming (e.g., bible study) even though their home church offers the same programming. How do you handle this church-hopping phenomena?
