It’s never my intentions to hurt anyone when I’m speaking my heart out. Not even about family. But speaking up about your feelings is a way of not becoming angry or hold any resentment towards anyone for your own inner peace.  I will always love and respect my own blood. A old version of me

Now I’m grieving the old version of me. I catch myself miss the old me. Who I used to be, what the things that used to make me happy, don’t any more. Being Misunderstood

I always struggled with people having an opinion about my character and would become upset. Now having to be older and more mature and less emotional, I came to understand that it’s not a personal attack. It’s more of a reflection, so I stopped defending myself. But lately a lot has been thrown at me that I felt expressing myself one last time about me. Because who I was 5, 10 years ago, I’m not that anymore. Not for quite some time. As I learn to heal my inner child, I’ve learned that I’ve always suffered with not being consistent with any areas of my life, whether if it’s hobby, a relationship or just simply life. I’ve learned to cancel out the outside noise and believe in me. That I’m mean to please my soul purpose and not anyone else’s needs. My Chakra Healing Experience

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2539853/fan_mail/new] I wanted to share with you guys why I was gone for a few weeks.  As I continue to walk through life trying to rediscover myself and heal myself from past traumas, I want to share my experience with Chakra Healing therapy that I had a few weeks ago. It was a beautiful yet sad experience. Reopening cuts that I thought I had healed myself but really just put them in the back burner. Healing is a very roller coaster journey, and it’s ok to feel all the emotions. As long as you find a way out.
