We’re always changing constantly. Throughout life we’re going to go through so many phases , it’s easy to adapt the traits and and habits of what Society presents as the ideal way to be. This episode is about changing old beliefs and just being you , what you think the best version of you is.

The Process

When you’re not feeling your best, it’s hard to portray your best self and sometimes our dreams and aspirations can feel as if maybe they’re not meant for us, but It’s those moments that are actually the most important and the most pivotal . Those are what create you. It’s not all about the destination it’s about the journey of falling down but managing to pick yourself back up each time and the growth you’re doing within yourself . Perfectionism isn’t ideal . The vast majority of life is going to be spent chasing our goals, so why not make it an exciting one not perfect.

One decision away

I saw this quote that said “one day or day 1” . I believe Dwayne Johnson said that. That quote really stuck to me, it’s true we can either keep on saying one day this will happen to me or we can make that one decision and make it day one. Implementing small changes over time it gives big results little by little pushing yourself and believing in yourself but it all has to start within you ? It really is all one decision away.

Quit being fed up

Feeling stuck ( stagnant) . You ever wonder what to do on those days where you feel like your going through the motions but despite all of it you feel as if there’s always and empty pit that never seems to fill ?

A positive mind makes a positive life

Why is positivity so important? Although it’s not realistic to remain positive all the time . Life can get bumpy and messy but there are ways to help us make the good out of difficult situations . A positive mindset is the foundation for better mental health and well-being. When we have positivity in our lives . We think positive which helps create positive emotions and we then do positive things that make us feel happy and fulfilled.
