I am like so many others! Throughout my adult life, I tried every possible system & gimmick to control my weight. Life changed for the better when I discovered macros. I am a mom of twins, have three jobs, a home to manage, two dogs & all the chaos that comes with life. Balancing it all, while staying healthy enough to continue, is tricky, & in this podcast, I will offer suggestions & tips to help each of you. My goal is to create a safe space for us to grow & share together, help you weed through the massive amounts of information available & create a community where we can all grow together
