The Midlife Crisis Is Actually a Midlife Initiation: Let's talk about the magic of this time

I just turned 40. And if I live to 80, goddess willing, this is midlife. This is it. And I'm not having a crisis. I'm having an initiation. This episode is specifically for women. I almost canceled my anniversary trip to the Grand Canyon. Two weeks out, I was spiraling in my own head about my health, my adrenals, my anemia, my thyroid, all of it.
