What I’m no longer willing to abandon, soften, or explain away. Not as a checklist, but as a form of self-respect. This isn’t about hardness or walls, but about clarity. About knowing what kind of love I’m available for, and what I’m not. This episode isn’t tidy. It’s reflective, firm in places, tender in others. A snapshot of being in the middle and choosing to speak from there.
