Fresh off of a trip to Italy and Switzerland, I'm sharing some ways to overcome travel woes to help you get out and see more of the world. Having traveled with a group, I heard many common reasons why people don't travel more from social anxiety, lack of a travel companion, fears of flying to now knowing where to start in planning - so I dive into how to overcome these reasons and a few more tips I've gathered along the way.
