Kevin is a speaker, writer, and mentor to young men and women on a select number of emotional & psychological issues. His mission is to help clients & audiences experience fulfillment, joy, and peace of mind through a mentoring relationship that will teach you how to break patterns that no longer serve you, develop deep confidence in yourself, and act on what truly feels right in your heart. He is a therapist and a life coach, but includes elements of coaching and elements of several types of therapy in his practice. Using this methodology he is able to help people realize clarity and adopt new habits in their lives in a significantly shorter period of time than if they were in traditional talk therapy or tackling the issues by themselves.
In this episode Kevin discusses his personal journey on becoming a motivational speaker and personal life coach. Overcoming his own personal struggles, Kevin uses his unique experiences to equip and motivate people to transform their lives from the inside out.
