On the other hand, emotions such as joy, happiness, love, peace, contentment and appreciation all have a high-vibrational frequency.

They come into your life to test your self-worth and your trust in the manifesting process. Tests can come in the forms of obstacles, people or challenges, or as something that asks you to settle for less than you deserve.
