For episode 4, we meet Chris Burgess, Director of Cyber. Chris joined Markel in 2019, starting out as London Cyber Manager before being promoted in November 2022. In this in-depth conversation, he delves into his extensive experience of the cyber insurance world, highlighting some of the most pertinent threats we face, as well as the ways in which utilising the right technology can mitigate those risks. Chris, who joined the London Market back in 2004, also reflects on the importance of having a great team and the success they have enjoyed at Markel to date.
