In this practice we will: ✨ Begin with a grounding Sacred Space to settle the mind before igniting the body with energizing Chaturanga Vinyasas.  🔥 Flow through Ashtanga-inspired Sun Salutations with creative variations, including Low Lunge, Half Splits, Warrior I, Humble Warrior, Crescent Lunge, Sky Archer, Triangle, Buddha Squat, Exalted Warrior, Prayer Twist, Half Moon, and Boat. 💪 Build strength and endurance through a challenging standing sequence featuring Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, Bound Side Angle, Bird of Paradise, dynamic plank work, and an optional Headstand between sides. 🌿 Slow the pace with Bound Angle Pose and Wide-Legged Seated Forward Fold, creating space through the hips and inner legs before unwinding with gentle twists. 💛 Finish with Reclined Spinal Twists and a restful Savasana, leaving you grounded, open-hearted, and deeply connected to yourself.
