In Chinese tradition, today we celebrate the arrival of a new year- the year of the snake. A time for shedding, renewal and prosperous beginnings. I've created this meditation as a symbol of this; of spreading luck out to others unconditionally. In Buddhist culture, this is known as a metta meditation for practicing universal loving-kindness towards every being and thing around us.
