Reflections from a proud TOY Interviewer

As one of the Teacher's of the Year, (TOY’s) from this past year, I had the privilege today in interviewing the TOY finalists for the Middle, Elementary and High school level teachers, to go along with Principal finalists as well.  Fresh off that experience, here are my reflections on how I will use this as fuel for the rest of the school year.  I hope you can too!

I takes a Village!

As we near the end of the school year, and I for one wrap up an eventful year in my role as an educator, how can we pool our resources to gain more inclusivity with our students' parents and stakeholders!?
