MORNINGS WITH MINO
We all have barriers that hinder our cognition--a fancy term for thought processes! Often times, we find that we need to discover additional ways to remove these barriers--which may include stress, people, and other adverse experiences. With this episode, I challenge every MINGLER to meditate using this positive affirmation--I WILL OPEN UP MY MIND, and discover ways to do just that!
