Mutah Beale, known professionally as Napoleon, is an American former rapper, motivational speaker, and Muslim educator. Born Mutah Wassin Shabazz Beale in 1977 in Irvington, New Jersey, he experienced tragedy early in life when his Muslim parents were murdered in front of him at age three. Raised by his Christian grandmother, his upbringing deeply influenced his later journey. Napoleon rose to fame in the mid-1990s as a key member of Tupac Shakur’s rap group, Outlawz. He contributed to major albums like *Makaveli* and *Ride wit Us or Collide wit Us* and released his solo album *Loyalty Over Money* in 2006. After Tupac’s death, Napoleon remained active in the music scene but eventually sought a different path. In 2001, he embraced Islam under the guidance of a Muslim record producer, marking a pivotal life change. He decided to leave behind the hip-hop lifestyle and focus on spiritual growth. His conversion led him to dedicate his life to public speaking and religious coaching. Today, Napoleon lives between Saudi Arabia and the United States. He’s known for his motivational talks that blend personal transformation, religious insight, and community upliftment. He runs a podcast, shares life reflections, and co-owns businesses like MW Café and Smokey Beards in Riyadh. Mutah “Napoleon” Beale continues to inspire through his journey from music fame to Islamic faith, serving as a speaker, mentor, and advocate for personal resilience and spiritual purpose.
