I talk about my experiences with mental health throughout my life and how I dealed with these issues. My message for anyone listening - The best way to overcome these things is to talk. Talk to your good friends that you trust, your family whether that be your sister, brother, cousins or parents. Its much better to get it out of your system rather than let it bottle up and turn into something else. You can even write it down in a journal. Just remember, you are not alone and everyone is here for you. NateTalks #12 What led me on to this Energy/Health Journey

I have always Loved training and everything about. But recently, I have started my endeavour on discovering how the body actually works, ways to better optimise the body through the Mind, Nutrition and training and ways that I can live a long healthy life. I read The "Own the day" Book by Aubrey Marcus who built a supplement company purely based around optimising performance. That book really opened my mind to all these other avenues of how the body works and what is good for it...which has put me on to this path today.
