How many of us would agree that adulting is HARD?! Among the myriad of adult responsibilities comes the obligation to heal, grow, and develop. We ALL have to do self-work! For the past two years, I have been trying to re-discover my identity, heal from trauma, create healthier thinking patterns, and unlearn limiting beliefs. It is NOT easy, but it is rewarding. I want to live a life that I love, and it doesn't happen overnight. It takes intentionality and accountability. I invite you to listen, take what you need, and apply it to your journey of self-development! You deserve to show up in the world as the best version of yourself! I'm cheering you on! Episode 3 - I'm Childless, And That's Okay!

On this episode, I share that while I've come to terms with being childless, it has been difficult for other people in my life to accept.  It can be challenging for people to acknowledge that my husband and I may never have children, and I can understand that. Because when you love someone, you want them to experience the best things life has to offer, and for many people, this includes children. However, I wanted to let my friends and family know that I am genuinely okay with not being a mom and share some benefits that I enjoy since I'm not a parent.  Thanks for listening!

We've all been guilty of caring too much about what other people think of us. And If we're not careful, we can allow our fear of judgment to hinder our ability to live authentically or show up in the world as our true selves. In this episode, I share examples of how I've allowed fear of what others might think to impact my decisions.
