Bio: Dr. Ellen Muhammad is a highly qualified Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She earned an MS in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is on track to finish a Doctorate in Nutrition from Rutgers University in 2024. With more than a decade of advanced practice experience in prediabetes/diabetes prevention and management and weight loss, she is committed to transforming lives with proper nutrition.
