We live in a culture that puts a demand on our time; we often live our lives so stretched thin that we believe the only way to catch a breath is when we take a “much-needed” vacation. But what about in the church? Are we living under the same demand? Are we feeling the pressure to be involved on a level that’s costing us our joy and peace? The truth is, even in the church, there is an underlying do more in order to be enough message that puts a burden on God’s children that is not His heart and it’s time to take an honest look at the reason we might be saying yes when we should be saying no. In today’s episode we dive into that very question, Are you saying yes when you should be saying no? I believe this is a question we should be asking ourselves regularly, but more importantly, we should be checking in with God. He knows exactly what He has for each of us in season — His grace is sufficient.
