How does the normalization of scarcity perpetuate financial trauma?

Have you ever felt scarcity cause you anxiety in your life? I'll be honest and I still feel it today but I have to remind me that it's a defensive mechanism I have subconsciously developed from my past knowing of what deeply-rooted poverty I have lived. When big moments or transitions happen in life, past trauma we thought we healed tends to resurface and that's what I've been feeling with my move from SoCal to NorCal. I've been trying to learn how it's trying to communicate with me so I can mend the wounds and positively cultivate the energy -- making me think that trauma speak in the language of energy. I've been thinking about how we operate in this "normal" society as outliers with creative minds. It feels at times that we are intentionally blinded to not see the lies of what we live in until we receive the grace to see the truth when we are somewhat ready. It's daunting to know the truth of this world but when you know pieces of it, it becomes hard to want to go back to live "normal." Music Credits: Lukrembo - Lamp

Are we constantly looking for the light?

In this conversation with self, I go deep into self-reflection in understanding what it felt like to look for light anywhere else but self. This is something I wrote in my poetry and thought about for sometime which needed to come out through an audio diary to really draw the connections between love, light, energy, and spirituality. Do we retain knowledge from our past lives?

In conversation with a student, they taught me something that been lingering in my soul which was the concept of how we retain knowledge from past lives which explained a lot about many things I didn't have answers to. Sometimes I can't fully explain how I know things because the knowledge of past lives can't always be fully proven in today's realm so it is thought of as faith. Being able to tap into the natural faith of building my connections with this lifetime, it gave me better understanding of knowing what having higher-level observations meant.
