Ep. 87 When Trying to Control things Instead of Trusting it will Workout Leads to Delays & Lost Luggage

Reflections… They are the upgrade. But sometimes the upgrade can be hard to find when your human is not on board! In the last few days, I was tackled with all the travel reflections and the lesson in it. Well, it all has to do with a lack of trust — and how me trying to control the external is leading to more bumps in the road than simply trusting that my journey will get me to where I need to be. In this podcast, I explain the reflections I’ve been dealing with: the travel delays, lost luggage, and more! What it’s been telling me about a different area of life and the lesson I’m needing to learn. Reflections amplify when we ignore them — not to punish us, but to help us get the upgrade we’ve been asking for! My fear of things not working out led to them not working out! Instead of having the knowing that I had done all the things I needed to and just pressing play — trusting that it was all going to be fine — I let my lack of trust in the situation escalate the reflections.
