About Off Road Spirituality

Off Road Spirituality is your podcast destination for raw and honest conversations, where we bridge the gap between spirituality and the human experience. As energy healing practitioners, hosts Lisa Mechler and Laurea Tweedy are on a mission to take the mystery out of the metaphysical, and simplify all things spiritual. Whether you’re an experienced Light Worker or you’ve simply been searching for “the meaning of life”, you’ll find a home in these relatable conversations. Lisa and Laurea share their own candid stories and chat with guests who open up about their personal healing practices and divine paths, reminding us that no matter how near or far we have traveled on this road, we aren't walking it alone. This series is for anyone looking for answers to the bigger questions —from life-long seekers to those just beginning their spiritual growth journey. We focus on the real-world practice (and challenge) of staying connected to something bigger when life gets rough and things go “off road.”

The Story of Your Akashic Records & What It Means to You with Christine DiGinto

In this episode of Off-Road Spirituality, Lisa and Laurea had the pleasure of speaking with Christine DiGinto, a multifaceted healer and practitioner of the Akashic Records. Christine's journey into healing began out of personal necessity, leading her to embrace her abilities as both a channel and a death doula. We explored her wide array of healing modalities, including hypnotherapy, psychedelic integration, crystal and gemstone healing, sound healing, and EMDR therapy. Christine provided a captivating explanation of what the Akashic Records represent, describing them as the subconscious of the collective conscious mind—a frequency field of information accessible to us all. She emphasized that when we access these records, we receive only what we are ready to understand and integrate into our current life journeys. They discussed how precise questioning is vital for accessing deeper insights and Christine shares her perspective on the information she receives during readings and her reflections on the importance of sharing all insights, no matter how peculiar they may seem, highlight the necessity of trust in the process. An integral part of the discussion revolves around the distinctions between Akashic Records readings and past life regression. Christine noted how Akashic readings can point to energetic distortions without resolving them, while past life regressions offer a deeper experiential understanding, allowing clients to reshape their own energetic matrices. She also points out that even practitioners can experience blocks due to their egos and also touched on the interconnectedness of experiences among practitioners, where insights gained from others can often shine light on our personal journeys. Raw, Real & Vulnerable: Easier Said Than Done

In this episode, Laurea shares a deeply personal and vulnerable reflection on the challenges she's faced in recent weeks, touching on themes of fear, anxiety, and self-doubt. As she navigates these tumultuous feelings, she felt compelled to reach out to her audience, staying true to the commitment to transparency and authenticity throughout this podcast journey. Together, they explore the nature of guilt, and as their dialogue unfolds, they discuss the role of community during tough times, reflecting on the importance of surrounding ourselves with support and the safety that comes from being open and vulnerable.
