Episode 32 - Kori Meloy

On this week’s episode, how Kori Meloy turned her passion for metabolic health into the well-known digital brand, Kori Meloy. Growing up in a small town just outside of Houston, Texas, Kori grew up with two brothers and a mother who really wanted to give her kids real-world experiences. Kori spent her childhood homeschooled and spent a lot of time learning about things that interested her while they traveled around in a RV. After high school, Kori found herself pursuing strength and conditioning in sports performance, at Texas A&M, being surrounded by top athletes but quickly found her body could not keep up with all the stresses around her. After getting endometriosis, Kori decided enough was enough, so her husband and her moved to Florida where she began diving into metabolic health and discussing this topic with other women around her. She found she was super interested and passionate about this topic, after spending hours at coffee shops discussing metabolic health with other women. Fast forward to 2022, Kori now has written a course around this topic that has helped countless numbers of women, is a host of the Freely Rooted podcast, and has an audience of more than 120k on social media. Episode 31 - Alexis & Lindsay (A Foreigner Abroad)

On this week’s episode, how Alexis and Lindsay turned their passion for world travel into the well-known digital brand, A Foreigner Abroad. Before setting off on their world traveling adventures, Alexis and Lindsay found themselves burnt out and running on low energy in their corporate jobs. Alexis was working in IT, climbing the corporate ladder, and Lindsay was working in production, pouring in hours and hours of work that left her drained, unmotivated, and unsatisfied. After quitting her job, she started pressing the idea of quitting their jobs, starting a digital brand, and traveling the world. After a year of asking, Alexis quit his job, they created A Foreigner Abroad, and began pursuing world travel. Now with over 80k followers on digital platforms, Alexis and Lindsay have been to 50 countries, have been featured in New York Times, and have a beautiful website featuring amazing blog posts and itineraries for international travel. Episode 30 - Jake Davis (Revealed in Nature)

On this week’s episode, how Jake Davis turned his passion for wildlife photography into the well-known digital brand, Revealed in Nature. For as far back as he can remember, Jake and his family would make the road trip from Kentucky to Jackson, Wyoming and spend more than a month there every summer. At a young age, Jake discovered his passion for animals as he explored the outdoors and the surrounding parks. It was at a later age that Jake fell in love with photography and decided he wanted to bring his two passions together to pursue wildlife photography. After going to college, Jake found himself right back in Jackson and saw an opportunity to open a guiding company that would give people an experience of going out to see wildlife, teaching them how to photograph wildlife, all the while working on his own photography portfolio. Fast forward to 2022, Jake has built his portfolio which has helped him land jobs with National Geographic, Planet Earth, BBC, and has built up his tour business in Jackson. We have known Jake for years now and it was so fun to sit down with him and finally unpack his inspiring story. Episode 29 - Andrea Celeste

On this week’s episode, how Andrea Celeste turned her passion for entertainment into the well known digital brand, Andrea Celeste. At a very young age, Andrea was introduced to the cinema and fell in love with the process of filmmaking. Growing up right outside of Los Angeles, Andrea would spend time going to the cinema and premieres where she got to actually join Q and A sessions with actors. At the age of 18, Andrea was torn on pursuing acting or psychology, while also knowing she was very passionate about entrepreneurship. After studying abroad in England for a bit, moving back to California, and then moving back to England, she was not content with her 9-5 job and felt an urge to do something more. Andrea started sharing videos on TikTok about her transition as a Californian native living in England and her page started to get some traction. With now over 220k followers on digital platforms, Andrea is pursuing her passion full time as she lives in England and continues to bring a touch of comedy as she shares her adventures living in England. Episode 28 - Maxwell Grover

On this week’s episode, how Maxwell Grover turned his passion for photography and world travel into the well known digital brand, Maxwell Grover. Growing up in Vancouver, B.C., Maxwell was raised in a family where creativity was alive. With his mom being an interior designer, Maxwell was introduced to the possibility that he could create in this world and make a living doing something that he loved. It wasn’t until high school that he started to fall in love with photography and videography, videoing his friends on ski trips and posting them to YouTube. Outside of falling in love with photography and videography, Maxwell was always thinking of ways to make a buck and, knowing he had a very entrepreneurial business mindset, started to wonder how he could make money from his photography. Maxwell ended up getting into one of the top piloting schools in North America, spent 18 hours a day studying, and quickly found he wanted to pursue photography full time and travel the world. Maxwell dropped out of piloting school, moved to Bali, and his career has led him to so many amazing opportunities. Maxwell has over 30k followers on social media, is beginning van life in Canada, and continues to share amazing content from areas around the world.
