In Episode 5, i talk a little bit about the importance of Training Frequency, Integrating different styles of training and also discuss a little bit about the OPT model, which is discussed and mentioned by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and how it can be applied to Anybody and how it can approach a way for those who are beginners when it comes to training, a step by step process of being able to train in different levels of training and how crucial it is to see different concepts of training, especially if you have different goals.

Obesity has also been such a severe issue, that it has also been impact in the local communities, and even the Youth due to the lack of Resources, Education and funding for more options and possibilities with Recreational Programs. In this Episode, I discuss about one of the main silent killers, which is Obesity, talk about some of the issues that has been partially the reason(s) what has been causing this issue in smaller communities and how we can create the smallest decisions and solutions in overcoming and avoiding from becoming a statistic when it comes to Obesity.
