While at USC he joined the Disney College Program which finally brought him to Disneyland. After working in the Park for a while he finally moved to Guest Relations where he gave Tours, worked all of the locations, and eventually oversaw the VIP tours. In 1996 he became a Disneyland Ambassador.

She moved to Kobe, Japan many years ago to teach English. She returned to Kobe later to be an English language trainer for a large hotel, where she used her Guest Relations skills and experiences to help make their guest service amazing.
