Simply put you are worth it and have worth it. It is easy to see oneself through the lens of struggle and stagnancy, which creates the picture that you are not good or don’t have worth. That is never the case. If you have voices in your story ( self or otherwise) that aim to devalue your worth or share that you are not worth it then they are wrong. Dead wrong.
