Childlike - Week Three - A Bridge not a Barrier

In this final message of our Childlike series, we are challenged to love what our Heavenly Father loves and hate what He hates. To be a bridge for people to get to Jesus instead of a barrier. Jesus uses a child as an illustration regarding the Kingdom of God and then concludes by charging His Disciples (including me and you) to take responsibility for protecting innocence in the next generation and in our own lives. Satan is actively assaulting innocence and there is a call for men, fathers, and anyone who bears the Name of Jesus to activate, lift up their voice in prayer, and claim the promises of God over those under their purview. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭19‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ AMP 13 Then little children were brought to Jesus, that He might put His hands on them and pray; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. 14 But He said, Leave the children alone! Allow the little ones to come to Me, and do not forbid or restrain or hinder them, for of such [as these] is the kingdom of heaven composed.

Childlike - Week 2 - Less not More

You must be “Child-like” to receive what God has planned for you. Matthew 18:1-4 NKJV [1] At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” [2] Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, [3] and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. [4] Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. You don't need more. You need less. Less striving. Less performing. Less protecting. You don't have to figure it all out. You don't have to earn your place. You don't have to know more than everyone in the room. You just have to come humbly before your heavenly Father. Come like a child.

Childlike - Week 1 - Accessing the Kingdom

You must be “Child-like” to receive what God has planned for you. Jesus didn't say "unless you be convinced." He said "unless you be converted." He is looking for you. Not your résumé. Not your track record. Not your impressive theology. You. Humble. Open. Hungry. Trusting your Father. Come like a child.

More Than a Moment

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. " John 15:4 Abide. Stay. Stick around. Don't just pass through. Jesus is looking for more than a moment with you. This message addresses: * Who vs. Do * Relational vs. Transactional * God wants to be close * Abiding in a wilderness season

A Mother's Prayer

Are there areas in your life that feel barren? God-given desires and dreams that have yet to be fulfilled? The Lord is wanting to infuse hope on this Mother's Day and awaken faith in your spirit. It's time to prepare for birth in your barren place. Desperate times call for desperate prayers. 1 Samuel 1:10-11 NLT [10] Hannah was in deep anguish, crying bitterly as she prayed to the Lord. [11] And she made this vow: “O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, if you will look upon my sorrow and answer my prayer and give me a son, then I will give him back to you. He will be yours for his entire lifetime, and as a sign that he has been dedicated to the Lord, his hair will never be cut.” 1. Bring it to the Lord in prayer 2. Pray and keep on praying 3. Stay faithful and see how God will hear 1 Samuel 1:20 NLT [20] and in due time she gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, for she said, “I asked the Lord for him.” God heard Hannah. He hears you too.
